We do not stock fishing supplies, however, we sometimes have a 'special purchase' on a fishing accessory.

Do not stock, but may be available through Special Order - Call for Details. We do carry flooring installation supplies.

Yes, we carry the popular globes and mantles.

What is your warranty?
We honour our suppliers warranty programs. Customer Satisfaction is our goal.

Yes, we carry lumber. We also quote entire projects, bring us your drawings.

Should a product be out of stock, we can check our inventory system for the expected date of arrival.

No, we no longer have our Rental department.

32:1 - Newer products do not require a gas / oil mixture.

Who performs your service work?
Our Service Centre is now Closed Permanently as of the end of Oct 2011. We no longer do repair or service work.

12 ga. We can order stainless steel lined tanks.

Do you carry Heaters?
Yes, we have Electric, Hot Water or Direct Wire Heaters. We can also quote on In Floor Heating Systems.

What type of hot water boilers do you sell?
Benjamin, Enterprise & GH Woods.

Do you handle aluminum pipe wrenches?
We do not stock this item, however, they can be special ordered.

Do you carry Jacke-Evans stoves or parts?
Jacke-Evans stoves are no longer manufactured and we are unable to source products for these stoves from our manufacturers.

How do pellet stoves work?
A 'hopper' feeds pellets to the fire box then blows hot air for a set temperature range.

Why should I use double wall stove pipe?
While a safer choice, it also reduces your clearance requirements.

What is the difference between a whirlpool tub and an air tub?
A Whirlpool blows water through jets; an Air Tub blows air! Making the latter choice more sanitary and self cleaning!

Can you deliver today or on Saturday?
Deliveries are scheduled daily and we have limited Saturday delivery service. We also offer boom truck service. Please check in advance for availability.

Do you sell pressure cookers or parts?
We no longer carry parts for pressure cookers.

Do you cut pipe and sell it by the foot?
Effective December 9, 2011 - we no longer cut or thread pipe. Must be purchased in Full Lengths of 21 feet.

Do you carry stainless steel bolts or metric bolts?
We stock a variety of metric sizes and stainless steel bolts.

Do you have 110 amp fuses?
We do not stock 110 amp fuses.
